Naturally they are more than happy to help as long as they are trying to make a sale. Once you purchase the vehicle you can expect that to go away. Something as simple as an oil change takes anywhere from 2-3 hours. It doesn't matter if you call and make an appointment or if you are a walk in. Their service department is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any dealership. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and would highly recommend that everyone else does the same unless you just want to waste your day.
I have bought 2 vehicles from Billingsley. The sales experience was nice and exciting as always buying something new is... But the service after the sale is terrible... From being the first one in for an oil change and leaving 3 and a half hours later to getting simple paperwork done has been a hassle. I will never be going back to Billingsley. Unless you are spending money, they don't want to deal with you. Just simply terrible service after the sale....
My salesman, Mr. Trice, was great. After a month my 2014 F150 started making terrible noises. Took it to the service department and they looked at it and scheduled an appt. On the way home, I hear a new noise. Pull over and my bottom cowling was dragging on the ground. Took it back up there, supposedly fixed it and this morning I noticed its back to dragging on the ground. 10,000 miles on a brand new truck and its going to the service department for the 3rd time. Dont think I will be buying from them again.
We traded in our vehicles and my husband went in to get the money back for our gap and extended warranty and they sent our extended warranty payment to our old address but the gap check to our current address which my husband gave them when he turned in the paperwork and the girl tells him today that it's not there problem. Rude customer service and we will never buy a Ford again!
