We bought our F-250 Limited in Dec 2022 and it developed transmission issue and we took it in last of June and came back from vacation, in the middle of August, expecting the truck to be fixed. When we called, the service department hadn’t even looked at it yet, then was told they had no one to work on it and to take it to the Duncan store and was put at the back of the line again. RecommendedBillingsley Ford is a great place to buy a car, if you need go see Anthony Gustave, he will take care of you all the way. Now, the service Department, is another story. They are not in the business of customers service at all. I asked what was done to my truck, the gentleman said, "I did not worked on your case, here is the papers", meaning, read it yourself. Hopefully this will change.
Do not leave anything of value in your car when having it serviced at their quick lube service. I have twice been relieved of a credit card and an expensive Brookstone tire air gage when I went in for an oil change. Lock everything up before using them.
Lug nut key? Wow, I've done multiple tire rotations and services here but today was the day they don't have the equipment to rotate tires? You know what...??? This isn't the first we've had issues. Could be just me being petty over something I don't know or I could be right. Always two sides of a story but whatever. I'll just find another place to go for my services. I do not recommend using this dealership for service issues. While having one issue fixed they caused another one and then charged me to repair.
Terrible sales culture. Want deposits to hold a vehicle but still will try and sell it from under you. Craig is exploiting the lack of available vehicles to take advantage of buyers. Will not buy from again.
I'm very unsatisfied with my experience with Billingsley Ford. They had my vehicle for over 1 month. I spent over $2000 of my own money for a rental car. I did purchase my car through Billingsley Ford back in January of this year. When I took it in, my air conditioner was working, now I get my vehicle back, the air will not work when it's in parked or stopping. The service department said they knew it worked before but they could not fix it because they had no more insurance money. I'm done with this place!!!!!!
