Lug nut key? Wow, I've done multiple tire rotations and services here but today was the day they don't have the equipment to rotate tires? You know what...??? This isn't the first we've had issues. Could be just me being petty over something I don't know or I could be right. Always two sides of a story but whatever. I'll just find another place to go for my services. I do not recommend using this dealership for service issues. While having one issue fixed they caused another one and then charged me to repair.
Terrible sales culture. Want deposits to hold a vehicle but still will try and sell it from under you. Craig is exploiting the lack of available vehicles to take advantage of buyers. Will not buy from again.
I'm very unsatisfied with my experience with Billingsley Ford. They had my vehicle for over 1 month. I spent over $2000 of my own money for a rental car. I did purchase my car through Billingsley Ford back in January of this year. When I took it in, my air conditioner was working, now I get my vehicle back, the air will not work when it's in parked or stopping. The service department said they knew it worked before but they could not fix it because they had no more insurance money. I'm done with this place!!!!!!

Made an apt and drove in from WIchita Falls. My back automatic sun visor on Continental was making a racket when putting car in reverse. Paid $100 for diagnostic and was called and told $1300 for new motor. Told them to disconnect. Went to get car, keys missing but guy took home and brought back really quickly. Took car home. Put in reverse, same racket. Called and asked why they didn’t disconnect and told it might cost a lot. I said I told them to disconnect and they acknowledged, but just didn’t do it. Be prepared for them to assure you they will only run your credit X amount of times, but then you will end up with several more hits to your credit. Doesn’t affect them so they don’t really care.
Horrible service on finance side.
I bought a brand new Explorer and had a decent sales experience. However, about two weeks after I purchased, the vehicle began having gear shifting issues. This ultimately lead to a power train failure and I’m not able to drive the vehicle at all now. Less than 5,000 miles driven and it’s already having severe failures? To top things off, the service department refuses to take care of us and will not offer a loaner vehicle to use while they attempt to fix this piece of crap.
