I had a scheduled appointment this morning n I spent 5 minutes standing in front of 2 men I lady n they ignored me until I started walking off. just wanted my oil changed n car serviced. just bought our car there 2 months ago and it's the second one. poor customer service.
12 April 2018 time 18:26 Went in to the dealership interested in test driving a 2018 mustang before I consider about purchasing it. Franko Gonzales that help me told me that I wasn’t able to test drive the mustang because other customers were driving to fast. He told me that if I was serious about purchasing we could work numbers first then I could drive the mustang. I was a car salesmen and that’s not how to do business. The sales manager did take care of me when I went back!
They were very unhelpful. I wanted a 99 point safety inspection and they didn't even do it. I wasn't even given paperwork showing what they inspected. I usually go to Ford dealerships for their expertise, but this was horrible. Look elsewhere.
I would just suggest better communication with owner and their vehicle. Making sure to check with owner on the work that is going to be or needs to be done before doing it. Thanks!
Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. The service department is horrible ... been trying to get my sons car fixed since July . Guess what ? 3 months later still not fixed . I will not be going back and sure wont recommend them to anyone . I should have read reviews before using Billingsley Ford

Worked at this dealership for 4 years just about and had a heart problem and was told my job wasn’t going anywhere and got it fixed a short time after and they wouldn’t let me come back to this day. Sad deal I thought they was better than that I respected them til this happened. I’ve kept my silence until now. It’s been 3 years that I’ve tried to come back now.
RecommendedPros: Mark is an awesome salesman, took wonderful car of my son before, during and after sale. Would definitely buy from him again. Service department also took great care of my son when he went. No complaints with sales or service. Cons: I bought the extended warranty yes finance department told me all about the things it covered. However what they DIDNT tell me the warranty is prorated.
