They were very unhelpful. I wanted a 99 point safety inspection and they didn't even do it. I wasn't even given paperwork showing what they inspected. I usually go to Ford dealerships for their expertise, but this was horrible. Look elsewhere.

I would just suggest better communication with owner and their vehicle. Making sure to check with owner on the work that is going to be or needs to be done before doing it. Thanks!

Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I called the dealership (services) and reported to them that my car was now making a clicking noise. The gentleman told me to bring it in. The service department is horrible ... been trying to get my sons car fixed since July . Guess what ? 3 months later still not fixed . I will not be going back and sure wont recommend them to anyone . I should have read reviews before using Billingsley Ford

Worked at this dealership for 4 years just about and had a heart problem and was told my job wasn’t going anywhere and got it fixed a short time after and they wouldn’t let me come back to this day. Sad deal I thought they was better than that I respected them til this happened. I’ve kept my silence until now. It’s been 3 years that I’ve tried to come back now.

Pros: Mark is an awesome salesman, took wonderful car of my son before, during and after sale. Would definitely buy from him again. Service department also took great care of my son when he went. No complaints with sales or service. Cons: I bought the extended warranty yes finance department told me all about the things it covered. However what they DIDNT tell me the warranty is prorated. So unless you plan on keeping the vehicle for 6 or more years DON'T buy it. Manufacturers warranty is 3 yrs 36000 miles paid o... read more

Naturally they are more than happy to help as long as they are trying to make a sale. Once you purchase the vehicle you can expect that to go away. Something as simple as an oil change takes anywhere from 2-3 hours. It doesn't matter if you call and make an appointment or if you are a walk in. Their service department is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any dealership. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and would highly recommend that everyone else does the same unless you just want to waste your day.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Billingsley. The sales experience was nice and exciting as always buying something new is... But the service after the sale is terrible... From being the first one in for an oil change and leaving 3 and a half hours later to getting simple paperwork done has been a hassle. I will never be going back to Billingsley. Unless you are spending money, they don't want to deal with you. Just simply terrible service after the sale....
