Made an apt and drove in from WIchita Falls. My back automatic sun visor on Continental was making a racket when putting car in reverse. Paid $100 for diagnostic and was called and told $1300 for new motor. Told them to disconnect. Went to get car, keys missing but guy took home and brought back really quickly. Took car home. Be prepared for them to assure you they will only run your credit X amount of times, but then you will end up with several more hits to your credit. Doesn’t affect them so they don’t really care.

I bought a brand new Explorer and had a decent sales experience. However, about two weeks after I purchased, the vehicle began having gear shifting issues. This ultimately lead to a power train failure and I’m not able to drive the vehicle at all now. Less than 5,000 miles driven and it’s already having severe failures? To top things off, the service department refuses to take care of us and will not offer a loaner vehicle to use while they attempt to fix this piece of crap. I have delt with this dealer for years. In all those years they have fixed my vehicle 2 times, and one of those times, I had to show them what was wrong. They have damaged my vehicles while trying to repair them (2015 Explorer Sport) and just flat been difficult to deal with. I used to be on a first name basis with the regional Ford service lady. I just had my Ranger (2019 54k miles) in for a stutter at low speed. I had to wait til it was unmistakeable or they will just call me and tell me “they can’t recreate the problem”. ... read more

I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership however I will NEVER purchase from them again. I was getting my BRAND NEW car serviced (a new key fob since they lost the second one) and my husband and I sat there and watched a salesman (not mine, my salesman was AMAZING) whip my car out of the bay, do a 360, like legit ridiculously fast, HOP a curb and park it in a handicapped parking lot. I had a check engine light come on in my wifes car, i freaked out being its a 18 ecosport, still realitivly new. I ran here to have it checked. I was glad it was only coolant but shocked they charged me 130 dollars for it. What a rip. I thought buying it from billingsley i could trust them not to screw me around. Won't come back here for service!!!!

Wow where do I start. my 17 year old son found his dream truck at Billingsley so we went Saturday to trade his in for the new truck. our salesmen WILLIE was one of the worst salesman I have ever encountered. got there and after about 20min Willie showed up we started talking about the truck then he had to leave again needless to say he was no help. after talking to the finance manager about tags Willie showed up again which he seemed very agitated.
