I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership however I will NEVER purchase from them again. I was getting my BRAND NEW car serviced (a new key fob since they lost the second one) and my husband and I sat there and watched a salesman (not mine, my salesman was AMAZING) whip my car out of the bay, do a 360, like legit ridiculously fast, HOP a curb and park it in a handicapped parking lot. I had a check engine light come on in my wifes car, i freaked out being its a 18 ecosport, still realitivly new. I ran here to have it checked. I was glad it was only coolant but shocked they charged me 130 dollars for it. What a rip. I thought buying it from billingsley i could trust them not to screw me around. Won't come back here for service!!!!

Wow where do I start. my 17 year old son found his dream truck at Billingsley so we went Saturday to trade his in for the new truck. our salesmen WILLIE was one of the worst salesman I have ever encountered. got there and after about 20min Willie showed up we started talking about the truck then he had to leave again needless to say he was no help. after talking to the finance manager about tags Willie showed up again which he seemed very agitated. They are a racist dealership. They let their white employees say racial terms and called African Americans the N-Word. They also only write up black employees and let the whites slide. Watch where you by your car from and do business with.

Took my car there after someone hit and run the passengers side fender. They replaced the fender, bumper, headlight. They blended the paint on the side of impact. Since they replaced the bumper, they should have blended both sides to match. (if you dont know what blending is, they sand and paint into adjacent panels to make the paint transition smoothy without hard lining it. eventually fading it into the other panels. I had a scheduled appointment this morning n I spent 5 minutes standing in front of 2 men I lady n they ignored me until I started walking off. just wanted my oil changed n car serviced. just bought our car there 2 months ago and it's the second one. poor customer service.

12 April 2018 time 18:26 Went in to the dealership interested in test driving a 2018 mustang before I consider about purchasing it. Franko Gonzales that help me told me that I wasn’t able to test drive the mustang because other customers were driving to fast. He told me that if I was serious about purchasing we could work numbers first then I could drive the mustang. I was a car salesmen and that’s not how to do business. The sales manager did take care of me when I went back!
