Bad experience with dr Moore 3 years ago. Went to a new dr who helped me get pregnant when she wouldn’t. He left the area, so I called to give this office another chance. Was told I had to be “approved” to change drs even though it had been over 3 years. Then I never got a call back that I had been approved. When I called to follow up, I was told I had to wait over 4 months to be seen. Meanwhile they’re running ads that they are accepting new patients.
I had to change clinics when I was pregnant due to the cost. Now I wanted to come back, after I had my baby and was told because I went somewhere else for my pregnacy I will never be allowed to be a patient there. Very pissed!
one of the worst places to go. receptionist are rude they do not care what is going on with your personal life, they will not work with your schedule. Nurses do not fully explain things and try to make you fill dum, and DR.MOORE acts like she was only there for the money, she never helped me when i address issues and would not give advice.
