The women’s clinic is disappointing to say the least . It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment. Very very poor experience.

RecommendedAbsolutely do not go here. Subpar staff and careless doctor. Brushed off everything I was concerned about and completely haphazard and ignorant in explanations… and not even a call from the doctor. I ended up having to have surgery at an inopportune time and beg for tests to be evaluated. Weak and careless taking of history. Incompetence bordering on malpractice.

Please don’t get me wrong my OB/GYN Dr. Moore is absolutely AMAZING and would recommend her for anyone. But as far as them letting you know things it’s kind of a drag. They also charge $25 to have paperwork FILLED OUT. Not faxed or mailed just to be filled out and picked up, which I find utterly ridiculous. The lack of information provided by them is just nerve wrecking especially for them to be treating pregnant women.
made an appointment 4 mo ago i confirmed appointment two days before. i drove over hour to get to appointment and they tell me they have to reschedule me as im sitting in office. will never use or recommend this office to anyone!
Every appointment we have had to wait 30 min to an hour after our scheduled time.
My experience up until a positive home pregnancy test was fine. But the nurse call line and the protocols followed by the nurses after a positive home pregnancy test and the way the clinic deals with confirming labs is awful. It created so much stress the week I found out I was pregnant. After 6 years of infertility I felt like I was being treated like a non-patient calling and asking for a pregnancy test with no test at home to confirm.
