As far as dealerships go Diamond back was my best experience yet and I highly recommend them. Not pushy at all no pressure. Very relaxing and informative. Highly recommend Yadi for all your bike purchase needs. And Aaron did a great job walking through all the financing and what have you!

Kim, John, Jimmy and Jeremy all stepped up and provided a stress free experience in the purchase of my new bike, the parts I got to dress her up and the service dept helped out big time with new bars and wiring. I was also extremely impressed with Micah in the mechanics area, the man came in on his day off and stayed late to ensure my bike was completed and in top shape before handing it back to me with a fresh clean and detail. I discovered chunks missing in my back tire on a Saturday evening. I walked in at 6:45. They didn’t hesitate to look up the tire and call the technician to come back to work. They ended up working on my bike until 11:30. Took me and my wife to a restaurant and the came back and picked us up and dropped my wife off at the hotel. Ended up needing new brake pads is why it took so long. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever been around and definitely went above and beyond what they had to.
