RecommendedWe had an oil change yesterday on my 2018 Explorer in the Quick Change shop. The lady doing the write ups and cashier is amazing! Very good customer service! Technicians were so busy and all were very polite. Even with the waiting time, we were very satisfied with the service and courtesy. We do have a 2022 F350 on order. Best dealership and people around!

The wife’s Expedition MAX was slowly losing air in one of her tires. Quick Lane folks found the leak in a sidewall. They ordered a tire and had it fixed quickly. While the vehicle was on the lift they checked everything to ensure there were no other issues to come back and bite us. We have always had great service at Quick Lane and Billingsley Ford as a whole.
