Oil change was done in a timely manner and they got the seat repair covered by the warranty. Also gave me a loaner until mine was repaired

My experience with Billingsley Ford was amazing!!!! Donny my salesman was the best sales person I have ever had. He is a man of his word. The team there were in constant contact with me. They held a bronco for me while I drove from SA to them. They went above and beyond for me. Everyone was very professional. They kept there word from the start till the end. If you are looking for a car definitely see what they have!!!

After starting the ordering process about a year or so ago, and waiting very impatiently for our bronco to come in, it’s finally here! It’s so much better than we thought it would be! Chris has the patience of a saint for dealing with me and making sure everything went smoothly! Along with keeping me updated when ever he got updates! The whole sales team & managers were exceptional as well!
