Well our a/c isn't getting cold, guess they don't check that, and now we have a shimmy in the steering after they rotated our tires. And I logged on to their customer Wi-Fi portal on my mobile phone and after we left someone on a computer had logged on to my Facebook acct. Called them at the Ford house and the guy must think I'm a complete idiot or he needs to go take some internet for dummies if he has no idea about be hacked or skimmers. DON'T LOG ON TO THEIR GUESTS WIFI PORTAL or you will risk being hacked.
Website says open until 7pm. I get there at 6:15pm and they are locked up tight! Great way of doing business!
We have bought every vehicle from here and after dealing with their service department we will Never purchase another one from this place my last 2 we bought brand new both have had repeated issues then steve duelly we bought from them we do all our oil changes and services with them we have had steve truck in numerous times the last time air conditioner was out the night we pick it up we are headed home and an alarm comes up says pull over safely he did the check engine light comes on and we have to pull it home we get it r... read more
