RecommendedI would have to give Billingsley Ford of Duncan a five star rating in terms of the service that was provided in the months of visits. July Waac tire blowout. August was fixing the AC. September was the 50K checkup October was the fix of the engine for the oil leak. What I would like to see Billingsley Ford do is offer courtesy vehicles for service appointment which they think might last more than two hours. Manager won’t call back when problem with service that is unresolved
Have purchased several vehicles here, 2 in the past 6 months, will not buy another after making my biggest purchase yet and was told I would be receiving Lincoln points only to find out since my car with 3000 miles was not certified by dealership I would not get the points! Thanks a lot Billingsley Ford of Duncan! You just lost a customer!
