This is one of my favorite places to eat. We were in at 6:15 Saturday night with 18 people. Our waitress took great care of us all by herself. Food was great. Most of all our waitress had a smile the whole time reguardless of being overwhelmed by all of us. She was a class act. This didn't go unnoticed. Give that woman praise. She's a keeper. Everything was good but the lobster tail, it seemed tough....waitress was very nice and attentive....nice place to go to...
Great food & drinks along with great service. Josh was our waiter & he was very attentive to our table & was very knowledgeable about the menu & where the food was purchased. The crab cakes were to die for...they were huge & I’d rate them as high as the ones we’ve eaten on the coast. Prime rib & shrimp brochettes were delicious as well. The food is always consistent here, that’s why we chose to dine at Pelicans’s restaurant.
I agree with previous posters about the hostesses "picking and choosing" who they want to seat.We have tried two weekends in a row to have date night at Pelican's but was crowded. So tonight, we made a reservation.(for 8:45 pm) We arrived at 8:43p.m. and a couple in front of us did not have a reservation and was told it could be up to 45 minutes wait. We said, "Hi. Amazing. A little loud, but the food and service was excellent. Used to think McBrides had the best steak in town and now I have to reconsider

When we want to go somewhere special we always choose Pelican’s. The setting is warm and enviting. The wait staff and barkeeps are always hispitable and attentive. The steak is always delicious. The salmon cannit be beat and the shrimp brochette is to die for. Eating there is always a treat. Highly recommend!
