Bats was incredible for me. When I purchased my built in 1967 home, Brent came out to do an inspection. He was super friendly, informative, and let me know what I needed to do to help ensure that the minor settling he found didn’t turn into an actual issue. Thankfully I didn’t need work done but Bats has definitely earned my repeat business if I ever do because of their excellent service.
As a Realtor, my relationships with my vendors are important. I've been referring clients to Bats Foundation for years and have never had a complaint from anyone. They aren't the "cheapest" but surely not the most expensive, they are fair and accurate in their pricing. I recently had 28 steel piers installed by Bats Foundation Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The crew started around 7:30 both days and worked hard throughout (including some light rain). A special shoutout to their estimator, Mike, who did a fantastic job assessing our needs and providing a clear and accurate estimate. Overall, a very professional and efficient team. Highly recommended!
Do not use this company to level a pier and beam house! They do not know what they are doing! My house was leveled shortly before I bought it by a different company about 8 years ago. Then last year I decided to have my house leveled by Bats Foundation due to some minor settling after a water leak. They caused 4k in plumbing damage and didn't even warn me about the likelihood of pipes breaking. Looking at our walls you can see the house is now bending in places. Bats did an amazing job fixing the foundation on my house, I was expecting the worst when I realized I might need a foundation repair but the team at Bats made it as painless as possible. What I thought was going to take forever and be insanely expensive was actually totally responsible in both time and cost, I definitely recommend them!
