I’ve never written a negative review for anyone before in my life. So here it goes: They we’re so friendly and helpful until it was time for me to pay. They were quick to respond and answered all the questions I had before hand. The crew who put in my 11 windows was wonderful! They did a great job. Terrible customer service. Took advantage of my partially handicapped mother. They did fix her roof, but took her satellite dish off and didn't bolt it back on properly, they used some kind of sealant to fill in the gaps, My mom had to pay dish network to come out and fix it. Also sent her bill to the wrong address, then threatened to put a lean against my mother's home if she didn't pay. Had estimate done for gutters on 5/6. On 5/22 went to their office to pay and find out when they might be out as I had not heard from anyone since the estimate. I was told a few weeks still since we had a lot of rain. Today, 7/15, I went in and cancelled my order as I still have not heard from anyone nor do I have gutters. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! I will never use them for anything I need done to my roof or anything else. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Had them replace 13 windows in our house. Had multiple problems (cracked windows installed-had to return a couple times before they got them all fixed, condensation on the new windows, caulk cracked on every one of them). When my wife called about the caulk, they told her our house settled. Then when I called she said that I bought windows...do the windows work? I told her that I bought installed windows, and the install was bad. Would do nothing for me (not even recaulk the windows). Told me to take it up with the man... read more
Been dealing with this company for over 3-4 months to replace some siding ,etc caused from a hail storm last spring .I was told 2 months ago I was next on their list. They contracted gutter replacement and roof repairs on our deck out to other companies. poor guys...hope you got paid cause they're not getting any money from me till all the work is done..about to contact another siding company
