We could not be more pleased with every aspect of this business! We started with a phone call that was by far the friendliest in the business. Once we decided what we were looking for we stopped in to look and make a final decision. Paula met us with a huge smile and welcome even in the rain!!! We needed a conex container for storage and was very impressed with the quality of products and the great value in price we received with the unit we purchased. The customer service was top notch and they made the entire process extremely easy! We will definitely use them again in the future and! highly recommend their products and service!
Paula is such a great asset to Waters Ag! She is courteous and very helpful if I have to call out there. I could not be more pleased with her customer service that level of customer service can not be taught. I wish I had 20 more of her!!
