Got a 3 meat plate and a brisket grilled cheese. Came out to $45-ish. Got 2 spare rib, 1 slice of brisket, and like 3/4 of a sausage(I only remember one end piece, but could be wrong here) Honestly was expecting at least 2 slices of brisket. Asked for fatty and lean thinking it'd be two or 3. I know wagyu brisket is expensive though so whatever. The menu confused me a bit when it said meats were by the half pound, so assumed the meat plates were by the half pound, but I guess that was the platters. That was wishful thinking.... read more
Absolutely top notch q by Progress BBQ and Chef Kyle Dalka Wagyu brisket, chicken, ribs, sausage and pork belly Brussel sprouts, elote and beef fat fries Ain't no joke in his smoke! Cold beer and cocktails and big ass TV's for all your sporting needs. Run...don't walk Can't wait to try the Saturday beef ribs soon and the Texas twinkies. Congrats Chef !
1st time and probably last. Lemon pepper wings tasted old and had practically no seasoning on them.. Overcooked too. Small salad brewery greens was decent. One pizza drenched in hot chili oil and overcooked; the other had no sauce under the brisket and jalapeños. I really wanted to love it. Not worth $60 plus bucks.
I ordered Does pineapple belong on pizza (Chicago style), Chicken pesto pizza, and a margarita on the rocks!. The pizza top tier, so delicious 😋.. the chicken pasta was dry. I wouldn’t order that again. The margarita was strong, but it was good. What I didn’t like is the fact the ranch sauce is $1.00 for a same container. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone in the area go check them out. They are right next to Taki ramen.
After hearing from a family friend how this was the best pizza he had ever had, we decided to take my dad for his birthday. We weren’t disappointed! The crust was probably my favorite part. It was perfect. We did get two pizzas with the thin tavern style crust so we haven’t tried the thick crust yet, but we’ll be back. We also ordered Korean wings and those were delicious. They could have been a little hotter, temperature wise, but they were warm enough. Overall a good experience and we will be back to try more!
