I highly recommend Prestige Heating & Air Conditioning. Shannon and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. They relocated and installed a brand new system for us and we couldn’t be more pleased.
Called and they came out the next day and replaced condensation pump, added Freon, and cleaned coil. The young man, Trent, that came out was professional, friendly, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Priced seemed more than reasonable.
Had a strange issue with the A/C only running when it felt like it. Trent found the problem (bad water pump in the basement) in just a few minutes. Picked up and installed the new pump. System is up and running great. All in about an hour.
Trent, Shannon, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. Absolute professionals. They took the time to explain the situation with our A/C and did an excellent, clean installation on our new unit quickly and efficiently. It's obvious that they value doing things correctly. Don't hesitate to contact Prestige.
Shannon and his team were great! We had our whole HVAC system replaced and insulation blown in. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. There wasn't a long wait time for service and they got the job done quick and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them!
