Been there many years then new owners came in to the picture. It all went 'Bad' then. My boat there on different occasions had gas stolen, license plate stolen, damaged by a mower running into my boat. No Body There to Take Responsibility. New owners didn't care. So, I moved my boat for its security

I had a really great experience with storing my boat there. Easy access, good security, and the best customer service. I sold my boat but when I get a new one I know where to go.

New owners are cheap and greedy. The facility is fine enough, it's well lit and never got muddy, at least where my spot was. That being said this place changed ownership a year or so ago and they've implemented regular rent increases across the entire property. I guess they figure enough people are too lazy or don't have the ability to relocate their stuff that it'll pay off. Today Gabriella traded in a previously zero issue, automatic payment, $1100.00 /year customer for a $10.00 late fee (generated due to a CC expiration). Way to work with a customer Gabriella, super customer service and business sense.
