We use Nocona Meat Company for our direct to consumer beef business at Barthold Bovines. Everything we have had has been excellent. Frank has been amazing to work with and will take time to answer any questions and shows he cares about his customers and is very appreciative of the business. We have friends who are professional chefs that we asked to trim our cuts to prepare them for photos. They trimmed very little and said the butcher did a great job. The meat company is my favorite , Meat shop ,is clean well stocked .No pressure friendly,helpful. The meat is fresh, plump,I haven't had a bad experience Yesterday ribeye steak Cooked up perfectly rare at my house added a touch of seasoned salt at dinner my husband ,myself, dog Yoda Not a scrap was left. In the last 2 years, Nocona Meat Company has processed two deer and one beef for me. I could not be happier! They are very professional and processed my deer and beef exactly as agreed. They were prompt and are priced right. They also sell “butchered” beef, pork, and poultry; it is top notch. I highly recommend Nocona Meat Company.
