I heartily recommend Nocona Meat Company. My family ordered a prime rib for Thanksgiving which was excellent. It came fully tied and ready to cook. We also ordered custom cut top round for Rouladen (German beef rolls). My parents have been preparing this dish for over 40 years, and Nocona Meat provided the absolute best cuts ever! Excellent customer service too.

We use Nocona Meat Company for our direct to consumer beef business at Barthold Bovines. Everything we have had has been excellent. Frank has been amazing to work with and will take time to answer any questions and shows he cares about his customers and is very appreciative of the business. We have friends who are professional chefs that we asked to trim our cuts to prepare them for photos. They trimmed very little and said the butcher did a great job. Let this place got some great ribeyes the other day and stuffed pork chops. Delicious! I'm definitely going to be a customer. I've only been there twice.

I’ve used Nocona Meat Company for my last two deer and I don’t plan on going anywhere for my future ones! Super quick turn around with my animals and the people are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

Bought a chuck roast, brought it back to Levelland, cooked it 3 days later. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I’ll stop every time I go through Nocona. An asset for your town.
