If you can find a spot here, I highly recommend it. People who rent here stay here for good reason. The property is new and very well maintained. Plenty of security, and the property manager Alberto is a stellar guy who really makes it his personal mission to take care of every customer.
Easy 5 stars. This place is the epitome of great customer service. Dealt with 3 different employees and had exceptional customer service from all. They also are serious about security. If they see your space empty more than a few days they will call to verify you have it. I live in Helotes and that doesn't sway me a bit. Won't even entertain another storage.
The most friendly staff and decent rates...highly recommend! Alberto went the extra mile to help me get my RV settled in after a long cross-country return home...great service!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lot is always clean. Access was 24 hrs. Easy to maneuver once inside with several parking options for YOUR RV. Would use again if we were back in west SA
