If you can find a spot here, I highly recommend it. People who rent here stay here for good reason. The property is new and very well maintained. Plenty of security, and the property manager Alberto is a stellar guy who really makes it his personal mission to take care of every customer.
A great storage place with very fair rates substantially secure and friendly staff always on hand. No drawbacks at all.
Easy 5 stars. This place is the epitome of great customer service. Dealt with 3 different employees and had exceptional customer service from all. They also are serious about security. If they see your space empty more than a few days they will call to verify you have it. I live in Helotes and that doesn't sway me a bit. Won't even entertain another storage.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lot is always clean. Access was 24 hrs. Easy to maneuver once inside with several parking options for YOUR RV. Would use again if we were back in west SA
They are friendly and great to work with. Very thorough and it makes you feel confident because they care. Love the 24 hr security. I will definitely go back without a doubt.
