I had the fortune of speaking with Dean on two occasions when I called to inquire about the facility. Dean was very helpful and a friendly voice. At no point did he try to push me into renting a storage unit. Give him a call. First impressions of this storage facility are good due in part to Dean. Great customer service.
Tami was extremely nice and very helpful with helping me and my moving situation. She was very informative and the process was quick and very efficient. I’m so glad I went with this storage facility as opposed to another here in Lockhart!
