The folks at Kissing Tree Storage are always friendly and willing to help answer questions. They were so accommodating and understanding when I had to acquire a storage unit last-minute for my mother's things after she passed unexpectedly. I was in between homes & needed to store my stuff for a few weeks. Kissing Tree really helped! Great prices for good storage. The process was easy and quick to get my storage unit too.

Just a couple of issues...there is a dumpster on-site but is only unlocked during hours of operation, so if you are there after 5:15 pm or before 8:30 am then you can't throw anything away because if you just leave it by the dumpster then they threaten to fine you. Also, I was a customer continuously for 3 years and no one said anything to me about my dog, who is a service animal...but she never barked or approached any of the other customers and is like 10 years old so not highly energetic, just the sweetest and no one - st... read more

We were able to get a unit the same day. Excellent Customer Service from Kim. She was fast, knowledgeable and made the rental process extremely easy. We were so fortunate to have found Kissing Tree Storage!
