Love the small town bank with small town people.
Bedias bank came recommend for a land loan by a friend. She advised me to speak to Lisa and told me to avoid Dee. When I called Lisa was not available that day so I ended up speaking with Dee. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. I advised her of the property we were wanting to finance and that there was a unlivable mobile home that didn't have a title on the property she said that the appraiser would most likely not finance with a mobile home that didn't have a title but that she would call some of their appr... read more
