I rented a unit today, and I just had to say Maureen is so sweet and friendly. She was super helpful throughout this whole process. She was very upfront with what she needed from me and gave me a ton of advise for what would set me up for success. I feel a lot better about leaving my things here! If I had a question she had a very detailed answer. Moving is so stressful, but she definitely made it easier! I will definitely recommend to my friends!
Great experience here! Very simple process to start leasing a storage unit and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Very clean, safe facility with flexible hours to get into your unit. Ending my lease was also an easy process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit in College Station!
Great experience! I reserved a unit online and everything went very smoothly. Maureen called me a couple of times within the week to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any questions. Once I got there the place was very clean and well kept. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this storage facility.
I had a great experience here! I was able to reserve my unit online and it did not disappoint! When I came in to fill out the paperwork the lady was very nice and patient. Would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone here in the Bryan/ Cstat area!!
Super helpful and informative. I felt so welcomed and was immediately comfortable throughout the entire process. Best place to for storage. The units itself are well cleaned and ready for move-in. Definitely top tier service!
