they were very rude to my stepdad and refused to treat him. He had a bad cough and breathing was hard for him to breathe and told my mom that they should’ve came earlier, but I thought they were supposed to be open in 24 hours and they refused to do a test x-ray test they only give him a shot to numb the pain and his back and they yelled at him and had him in a nasty bad . I do not recommend this hospital. If y’all need emergency help then I should suggest to go to United region.
This place proves to me that racism still exists.. I worked there for a month and only had 1 or 2 people who treated me like a person everyone else would walk right past me and not speak.. working night shift was worst because everyone would leave and go upstairs and leave me alone with little training. Couldn't even take a lunch break.. The second someone went and lied and told something on me.. BOOM!! TERMINATED. with out so much of a write up.. I will never go back there nor recommend this place for anyone of color it's n... read more

She acted like I was stupid and wanted drugs. What I wanted is to find out why I was hurting from my foot to my groin. By the time I was finally transferred to another hospital my toe had gangrene an... read more
I was recently in the New Er. I was right in any in for maybe an hour and half. The nurse was so polite and truly cared about my wound. The doc came right in and checked me out. No stitches! But I got tetanus shot. She gave me shot and bandages. Meanwhile the had an ambulance arrival. I had to wait longer for reaction to shot. She started ambulance patient. Then right back to me and explain discharge treatment. Sent me on my way. Thank you so much!
