The facilities and the super nurces.
Everything! The staff, the nurses are just wonderful . They are cheerful and always try to lift your spirits and are sympathetic as to your treatment and side effects. The doctors are friendly and up to date on the newest treatments. They explain your condition in words you can understand. Thank you Dr.Aye for helping cure my cancer.
My son received treatment at this facility for Melanoma. One year and 4 months later he had a metastatic tumor removed from his brain 3-07-23. After surgery we pleaded for him to be seen before his next scheduled appt on April 5th due to his rapid decline and to get started on a treatment, but was refused an earlier appt. This is poor patient care!

After being paraded around like a show pony, stand here, walk here, scale, lab, turn, walk ... The doctor, who has rescheduled my appointment twice bc he wants to hear what my rheumatologist says, finally sees me. To tell me it is dietary, and it is good I am too poor to eat red meat, apparently he is so busy worshipping cows he doesn't realize diet does NOT cause all health problems. Their receptionist is terribly rude and it’s disappointing seeing as this is cancer care center you’d expect an empathetic answer to your questions or assistance making your appointments but that is not the case and not the one named Pam it’s the other lady.
